I was interested in using the stained glass prologue from the first film as scenic inspiration. I also wanted to start combining AutoCAD with Photoshop to render and model more efficiently.
This resulted in borrowing a still image from the film, and incorporating pieces of that image into a series of scenic panels which we used to establish location. Obviously that image didn't belong to me and I'd approach it differently now, but I still like the stained glass panel idea.
